The bristles are nylon-free, so the boar bristles can easily hold the hair for styling, brushing out and creating finished looks. The porosity of boar bristles allow the bristles to brush out dead hair strands and distributes natural oils throughout the scalp. Pure boar bristle brushes also help close hair cuticles, so hair is left looking shiny and smooth.
