How to Use:
Use after thoroughly rinsing all traces of Shimmer Lights Plex Lightener Step No. 1.
Apply Plex Treatment Step No. 2 evenly to towel-dried hair and leave on for 10 minutes.
No mixing needed.
Rinse thoroughly and follow with Shimmer Lights Shampoo and Conditioner.
Use 1 sachet for short to medium length hair.
Use additional sachets for long or thick hair.
Then proceed with your favorite Shimmer Lights Toner.
