A cream-based bleach infused with quinoa and arganine (an amino acid) that offers 9+ levels of lightening.

Features:

Provides 9+ levels of lift.

Creamy consistency allows for ease of mixing and application with predictable results for both on and off scalp lightening.

Creamy consistency gives confidence to not sweep past the line of demarcation on a root touch up.

Great for baby fine hairs around the hairline and for quick highlight applications.

Directions:

Mixing ratio 1:1 or 1:1.5, Cream Bleach to Pulp Riot Developers 6, 10, 20, 30 and 40 volumes. All except 40 volume are recommended for use on scalp.

Process 20-50 minutes at room temperature checking every 5 minutes until desired color results are reached.

Fully rinse and shampoo out of the hair.
